Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
• Willingness to work onsite in Manila, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct coaching sessions with agents to evaluate skills.
• Collaborate with teams to schedule new hire classes.
• Evaluate training results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage end-to-end project cycles from conceptualization to implementation.
