Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of trainer experience in a BPO, preferably with sales campaigns.
• Proven experience in employee development.
• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Able to work onsite and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Familiar with learning management software and web delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle FST and PST training, including Nesting classes.
• Conduct coaching sessions with agents to evaluate skills and behavior gaps.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, People and Culture, and Operations to manage new hire classes.
• Submit end-of-class reports and endorse agents across phases.
• Record trainee observations for recommendations and endorsements.
• Deliver training on customer service, sales, and process knowledge.
• Partner with clients to conduct TNA and develop learning content.
• Evaluate training results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide operational support by addressing learning gaps impacting performance.
• Lead projects from concept to implementation and revisions.
