Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Sales Trainer to facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for the sales network. You will deliver courses, analyze performance data, and drive improvement through coaching and non-traditional methods like e-learning and video training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in conducting training needs analysis.
• At least 6 months experience of work experience in adult training/teaching or in similar position.
• Impressive presentation and communication skills in English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Execute training courses.
• Testing of sales forces performance and analysis of results to identify areas for improvement or re-training.
• Initiate action steps to improve sales staff performance.
• Coaching (train on the job) sales staff.
• Supporting quality control of sales staff performance.
• Ensure ongoing improvement of training process through basic training facilitation and non-traditional methods (E-learning, video training).
