Job summary

ClearSource is seeking a Sales Trainer to design and deliver sessions on product knowledge, policies, processes, systems, and soft skills to support sales objectives. You will assess learner performance, identify gaps, and coach agents to improve conversion and QA scores.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of formal training experience, strong English, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRMs, dialers, and LMS tools. This is an onsite role in Pasig focusing on frontline sales excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in phone sales, with a record of hitting or beating targets
• 1+ year as a trainer, sales coach, team leader or SME who formally coached or trained agents
• Excellent English, and able to model a live sales call at the standard you expect from agents
• Can read conversion rate, sales per hour and QA scores and turn them into specific coaching
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and quick to learn client CRM, dialer and LMS tools
• Amenable to onsite work on schedules that match client business hours
• Top-performer history on a sales floor, for example consistently in the top 20% for conversion

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions on product knowledge, policies, processes, systems, and soft skills to support operational objectives.
• Administer assessments and evaluations to measure learning effectiveness and identify knowledge gaps.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support trainee development and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with the Training Team Leader and Training Manager to enhance training content, delivery methods, and learner outcomes.
• Monitor trainee progress and address performance opportunities through ongoing support and guidance.
• Administer trainee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements based on feedback.
• Participate in production activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business and ensure training relevance.
• Maintain accurate training records and communicate trainee performance updates to key stakeholders.
