Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and conduct sales training programs (product knowledge, selling techniques, objection handling, closing strategies)
• Facilitate onboarding training for new sales hires
• Conduct refresher training and field coaching sessions
• Monitor and evaluate sales team performance post-training
• Create training materials (manuals, presentations, modules, assessments)
• Conduct product demonstrations and role‑playing activities
• Identify training needs through performance analysis
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve individual performance
• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding team development plans
• Submit training reports and performance improvement analysis
