Job summary

Iontech, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate the sales team, drive quarterly and annual targets, and grow channel partnerships.

You will monitor stock levels, forecast with sales and product management, and collaborate with PM and other departments to address client concerns and ensure clear communication. Regular working hours and strong performance potential are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the IT commercial industry.
• Proven leadership and strong written and oral communication skills.
