Job summary

IMV INTERNATIONAL MICRO VILLAGE INC. is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the Philippines to collaborate with the Partner Account Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining superior customer service.

You will cover the client when the PAM is in the field, source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and emails, and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate account data. Travel to customers is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in Sales and Distribution channel or related courses.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport with internal teams and external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customers and non-customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner Account Manager to meet sales targets.
• Cover and assist client to ensure customer service when PAM is out in the field.

Job description

Essential Job Function:

• Collaborating and Support with Partner Account Manager to ensure sales targets


• Cover and assist Client to ensure customer service in the event PAM is out in field


• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to generate additional sales


• Coordination with other departments in providing customer satisfaction


• Maintain Customer Database and Account profile/management Data


• Ensure Sales processes for proper operations


• Assist Partner Account Manager program dissemination and monitoring


• Documentation and submission of paperwork's to immediate superior and/or Company Officers

Key Competencies:

• Understanding day-to-day operations in a transactional environment like the IT distribution channel
