Job summary

Cartrack is seeking aSales Development professional in the Philippines to handle outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management while coordinating with internal teams to support sales execution.

The role combines sales development and administration, with a focus on meeting monthly KPIs and generating qualified opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or sales support roles.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
• Comfortable with both client-facing and administrative tasks.
