Job Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in sales, insurance, account management, financial services, or a related field.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, team lead, or coaching experience is preferred.
• Experience in Life Insurance, Non-Life Insurance, Automotive Insurance, Financial Services, or a related industry is an advantage.
