Responsibilities

Job Title: Specialist, Sales Support

A primary function of Support role is to coordinate directly with vendors and suppliers to confirm service availability in specific locations, ensuring that all proposed Customer solutions are viable and ready for deployment. To provide full context, when a customer moves to a new location, Support needs to identify which utility companies, such as electricity, water service, and gas, are available at that address. Support reps are responsible for making outbound calls to determine the availability of these services. They do not interact directly with the customers but focus on completing their tasks by confirming service availability at the specified address.

You Have:

• 1+ year of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft products including Word and Excel (can perform basic functions)
• Have necessary skills for email, phone and video communication
• Handle confidential information with complete integrity
• Experience in administrative tasks, organization of detailed work materials, and prioritizing deadlines
• Accustomed to identifying and recommending corrective action for moderately complex issues
• Experience following scripts and processes according to contractual agreements
• Experience learning new technology and data

You Will:
