Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Business Partner - Specialist in Sales Development in the Makati area. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and driving market development goals.

You will qualify leads, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to deliver a professional customer experience across channels while building product knowledge for effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales roles.
• Experience meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience making high-volume outbound calls.
• Familiarity with learning new technology and data.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.
• Open to or able to work from home when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow outbound contact schedule to reach targeted potential customers.
• Assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners and other sources.
• Qualify the BANT of leads (budget, authority, need, timeline).
• Assist Sales and Marketing to achieve Market Development goals.
• Identify best solutions for customers and how to implement them.
• Maintain trust between customers and clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge and technical understanding to assess needs.
• Handle customer concerns and roadblocks to improve usage.
• Manage high-volume customer contacts via phone and email daily.
• Collaborate with team and management to deliver a professional experience.
• Keep CRM data complete and accurate.
