Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (basic functions).
• Skills for email, phone and video communication.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience in administrative tasks and prioritizing deadlines.
• Identify and recommend corrective action for moderately complex issues.
• Follows scripts and processes per contractual agreements.
• Learns new technology and data.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls with vendors and suppliers to confirm service availability.
• Maintain quote documentation with pricing and configurations.
• Prepare quotes for contract renewals.
• Ensure integrity of client information in databases.
• Manage Excel (basic functions).
• Perform bookings (PO processing) and booking reconciliation.
• Grow skills to perform QA and identify improvements.
• Focus on customer needs and communicate with Senior Sales Support staff.
• Handle medium to high priority escalations and escalate complex items.
• Maintain Knowledge Base Tools including a CRM.
• Identify operational risks and report to management.
• Participate in KMIP daily activities as relevant.
