Formación

• 4+ years of experience in customer service or sales.

Responsabilidades

• Sell renewals and services within an assigned territory.
• Forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and maintain CRM data.
• Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and retain customers.
• Engage in upsell opportunities and collaborate with the team to meet revenue targets.
• Manage a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email daily.
