Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. in Makati is seeking a Business Partner - Specialist, Renewal Sales to drive revenue through renewals and upsell opportunities.

The role requires handling a high-volume of outbound calls and emails, maintaining CRM data, and providing accurate forecasts while delivering a professional customer experience. You will work within a designated territory, leveraging product knowledge and Salesforce CRM to understand client requirements and overcome objections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales capacity.
• Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Experience learning new technology and data.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Experience or willingness to work from home.

Responsabilités

• Sell renewals/services within a dedicated territory to meet revenue-based quota.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecast.
• Master product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns hindering satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
• Handle high volume of outbound calls and emails daily.
• Collaborate with team/management to provide professional customer interactions.
• Maintain CRM data to capture all relevant information.
• Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and renewals.
