ClearSource in Pasig is seeking a Sales Support Representative to help renew existing home warranty plans and re-engage customers whose accounts have been cancelled. This hybrid role blends retention and proactive sales to protect revenue.

You will leverage probing, objection handling, and closing skills to turn challenging conversations into wins while delivering excellent service and collaborating with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• College degree of any course.
• At least 1 year of outbound cold calling experience.
• Strong probing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working across different customer scenarios.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on retention and re-engagement.
