Job summary

Global Alliance Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our growing freight forwarding team in the Philippines. You will support sales activities, handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate import/export shipments, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in freight forwarding, good communication, and proficiency in MS Office. You will liaise with agents, lines, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment execution and

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of sea freight, air freight, import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt quotations and logistics solutions.
• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to completion.
• Liaise with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct telemarketing and follow up on sales leads when required.
• Prepare shipping documentation and ensure all operational requirements are fulfilled.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
• Follow up on shipment status and proactively resolve any customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports as required.
