Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicate with freight forwarders, direct customers, and overseas agencies to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as delivery orders, bills of lading, tax invoices, and arrival notices accurately for outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Track and monitor shipments regularly to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and follow up on delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with shippers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters, and warehouses to ensure smooth transfer of cargo between suppliers' warehouses and stuffing warehouses.
• Enter shipment information accurately into the system to maintain up-to-date records.
• Support your team by assisting with documentation tasks and other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
