Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from order confirmation through to delivery and installation
• Handle purchasing aspects, including purchase requisitions and supplier orders
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, production and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Maintain accurate purchase records
• Assist with resolving order and product-related issues
• Provide general administrative and sales support to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

• Experience in interior design, renovation, cabinetry or related industries preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, purchasing, procurement or coordination
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Good communication and supplier coordination skills
• Must be fluent in Chinese and English
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with cabinetry wall panels, furniture or interior products is an advantage
