Job summary

Vorge Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to bolster our cabinetry and wall panel business. You will coordinate sales processes, process orders, support quotations, and assist with project administration to ensure timely delivery and installation.

The role requires experience in sales support and strong communication to liaise with suppliers and internal teams. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential for effective coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, purchasing, procurement or coordination.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from order confirmation through to delivery and installation.
• Handle purchasing aspects, including purchase requisitions and supplier orders.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, production and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Maintain accurate purchase records and assist with resolving issues.
