Job summary

MFT International Corporation in Metro Manila seeks a Sales Support Manager to lead the Interior Design Team and oversee office furniture and fit-out projects from inquiry to completion.

You will coordinate with Sales, Production and Installation, ensure design proposals meet client needs, and manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong background in office furniture, modular cabinetry, workspace solutions, and interior fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of space planning, furniture systems, shop drawings, and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and presentation software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Interior Design Team in space planning, layouts, shop drawings, 3D perspectives, and presentation materials.

About the role

The Sales Support Manager is responsible for leading the Interior Design Team and ensuring the successful execution of office furniture and interior fit-out projects from inquiry stage to project completion. The role focuses on design coordination, project documentation, client requirements, and collaboration with Sales, Production, and Installation teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Interior Design Team in preparing space plans, furniture layouts, shop drawings, 3D perspectives, and presentation materials

• Ensure all design proposals are accurate, functional, and aligned with client requirements and project specifications

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Installation teams to ensure smooth project implementation

• Review drawings, specifications, and design details before endorsement for production

• Assist in project planning, design development, and technical coordination

• Oversee preparation of quotations, proposals, BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation

• Monitor project timelines, client requirements, and order status

• Ensure timely submission of design proposals and sales requirements
