Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Sales Executive in the Construction/Building Materials sector, based in Toa Payoh. You will drive sales to contractors, prepare quotations, coordinate with internal teams, and process SAP orders.

The role involves demonstrations, coordinating deliveries, and handling inquiries. We offer a competitive package with a base salary, transport allowance, commissions, mobile reimbursement and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience; exposure to construction, building materials or architectural products is a plus.
• Experience in end-to-end sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Comfortable engaging contractors, developers and dealers and travelling for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting products to contractors, developers, and dealers
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams on pricing & inventory
• Organise product presentations, demos, and marketing activities
• Process sales orders and purchase requisitions via SAP
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely payment collection
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints
• Support team members and assist with ad-hoc duties

• Position: Junior Sales Executive (Building Materials | Construction)




• Location: Toa Payoh




• Working hours: 5 days | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:45pm




• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$3,500 Basic per month + S$1,000 Transport Allowance (if using own car) + Monthly Commission + Mobile Reimbursement + 14 Days Annual Leave + Dental Benefits + Medical Insurance
