Job summary

Ingram Micro in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a motivated candidate to support order processing and pre-sales activities. You will verify orders, process entries, and maintain quote data, collaborating with sales and customer service to drive timely quotations and order fulfillment.

The role welcomes fresh grads and positions with backgrounds in supply chain or IT distribution as an advantage. Excellent English and MS Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills - oral and written.
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks)
• Can start on January 2027

• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
