Job summary

Ingram Micro in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented order processor to verify and process customer orders, prepare quotes, and support pre-sales activities. You will coordinate with sales, manage quotes and pricing data, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry and timely order release to support revenue growth.

This role welcomes fresh graduates with the right attitude, and offers opportunities to grow in supply chain functions while using Excel and improving English communication

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required.
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
