Associate II, Sales Support (Order Entry & Quotations)

Job summary

Ingram Micro is a leading technology company serving the global IT ecosystem. The team handles order verification, entry, and fulfillment, while preparing quotes for pre-sales and ensuring data accuracy before submission.

You will follow up with customers and partners to convert quotes into sales and respond to inquiries about quotes, pricing, and product details. The role collaborates with sales, reps, and customer service to manage orders and changes, keeping quotes and communications

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required
• Good English communication skills - oral and written
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks)
