Job summary

Ingram Micro in Manila seeks a detail‑oriented Order Processing professional to verify orders, process them through to fulfillment, and prepare quotes for pre‑sales activities. You will communicate with customers and partners, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure accurate and timely order handling.

The role welcomes fresh graduates, with knowledge in supply chain or IT distribution a plus.

Qualifications

• College graduate any course; 2 years of functional experience acceptable with SHS/HS.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is advantageous but not required.
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient with basic to intermediate MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot, etc.).
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) with 10 days RTO per month.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Enter orders and process until release/fulfillment.
• Prepare product/license quotes for pre-sales; validate data before submission.
• Follow up with customers/partners to drive quote conversion to sales.
• Respond to inquiries on quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Collaborate with sales management, reps, and customer service to process orders or changes.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required
• Good English communication skills - oral and written
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks)
