Job summary

Ingram Micro in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to verify orders, process entry through fulfillment, and prepare quotes for pre-sales. The role requires good English, basic Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot), and willingness to work AU daytime hours in a hybrid setup.

Fresh grads and those with supply chain exposure are welcome. Join a leading tech distributor and help drive accurate quotes and timely order handling.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required.
• Good English communication skills - oral and written
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks)

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
