Job summary

Ingram Micro Czech Republic is seeking an Order Processing Associate to verify and process customer orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate with sales and partners.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A background in supply chain is a plus but not required. Must have good English communication and MS Excel basics; day shift aligned with AU time zone.

Qualifications

• College graduate; if HS diploma, 2 years experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a plus but not required.
• Good English communication skills - oral and written.
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks).

Responsibilities

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
