Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking an Order Processor to verify orders, enter and process them through release, and prepare quotes for pre-sales customers.

You will follow up with partners to convert quotes into sales and respond to inquiries about quotes, pricing, and product details. The role collaborates with sales management, reps, and customer service to manage orders and changes, while maintaining records of quotes and communications.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required.
• Good English communication skills - oral and written.
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks)
• Can start on January 2027

Responsibilities
