Qualifications

• Graduate of business-related course with preference for BS Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales documents and reports to support the sales team.

About the role

Will provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents and reports, coordinating inventory availability with the Production Dept, assisting in collection monitoring, and monitoring sales representatives' itineraries and schedules. Proactively monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely processing and completion. Handle customer inquiries and manage order progress in the absence of the assigned Sales Representative to ensure uninterrupted service. Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
