Sansyu Precision Lipa, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sales Operations representative to manage the full sales cycle, from quotation to delivery, and to maintain strong customer relationships.

You will perform sales visits, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely order processing and delivery administration. The role emphasizes effective communication, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales visits and handle customer inquiries.
• Prepare sales orders from customer purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery schedules and prepare delivery documents (Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Delivery Note, and Item gate pass).
• Coordinate with customers on daily delivery status and requirements.
• Receive RFQ from customers and generate quotations.
• Handle complaints and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare three-month forecast monthly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the role

This role involves managing sales operations, customer relationships, and order processing. You will carry out sales visits, handle customer inquiries, and manage the complete sales cycle from quotation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Carries out sales visits and handles customer inquiries
• Prepares sales orders based on customer's purchase orders
• Monitors delivery schedules and prepares documents prior to deliveries (Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Delivery Note and Item gate pass)
• Coordinates closely with customers on daily deliveries status and requirements
• Receives RFQ from customers and generates quotations
• Handles complaints and provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
• Prepares three (3) month forecast monthly
• Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
