Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Modern Trade to oversee the Bicol-area modern trade network. The role focuses on forecasting, leadership, and efficient merchandising across supermarkets.

You will coordinate sales operations and drive plan fulfillment through a skilled team. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FMCG sales, strong leadership, and solid IT-savvy skills to manage sales data and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with familiarity in modern trade environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and planning skills are essential.
• Proficient IT skills as applied to sales, organizational and administrative abilities required.
