Responsibilities
Oversees the day-to-day Sales Team activities
Determine the annual profit plan on how to achieve and implement marketing strategies and development.
Implement and maintain sales program by developing field sales action plans
Maintain professional and technical knowledge and share with the team
Establish Sales Objective by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by territories
Ensure to achieve the group and individual target and aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as market feedback, weekly/monthly work plans, and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and services and to understand a customer's specific need.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Travel nationwide to monitor and to meet new clients and maintain a good relationship with our clients.
Collaboration with other Department for any improvements and market feedback
Monitor the individual and group target
Help and ensure that the team achieved the Monthly Sales Target

Qualifications
