Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales, distribution, and territory targets.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Oversee territory coverage, direct-selling activities, and SUBD performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through training, field coaching, and daily team connects.
• Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and execution of company programs and policies.
