Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail or a similar industry is preferred.
• Experience in merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling is expected.

• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Role Description

The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. This role is responsible for supervising the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance to meet store targets. The Sales Supervisor oversees daily operations, including staff scheduling, merchandise display, inventory checks, and compliance with store policies and standards. This role also supports team members through coaching and training, addresses customer concerns, and collaborates with management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities. The Sales Supervisor monitors sales reports, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps maintain a safe, orderly, and engaging store environment.

Qualifications
