Job summary

H&S Premiere Corporation is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive growth across the Visayas region, including Cebu, Negros, Panay, and nearby provinces. The role requires leading a sales team, managing direct selling activities, and developing SUBD operations and key accounts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, with at least 2 years in sales supervisory roles, strong communication, leadership, and MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel across Visayas for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of sales supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of the Visayas territory and willingness to travel.
Experience in direct selling, distribution, and SUBD operations.
Experience handling and developing local key accounts.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales, distribution, and territory targets.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and key accounts.
Oversee territory coverage, direct-selling activities, and SUBD performance.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through training, field coaching, and daily team connects.
Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and execution of company programs and policies.
