Job summary

Health Maintenance Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead sales efforts and grow revenue across Makati, Dasmariñas, and EPZA branches.

You will develop strategies, generate corporate accounts, promote HMICare services, and conduct client meetings. Coaching and branch visits are expected to optimize performance and seize growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities are required.
• Driving skills are needed.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new corporate accounts, HMICare partnerships, schools, industrial companies, and institutional clients.
• Promote HMICare's services.
• Conduct sales presentations, client visits, and business meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Supervise and coordinate sales activities in Makati, Dasmariñas, and EPZA branches.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure branch targets are met.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to Sales Associates.
• Conduct regular branch visits to assess sales activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.
