This is a full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our business by identifying potential buyers, presenting properties, and closing sales transactions. This position is essential to our growth strategy and directly contributes to the company's revenue objectives and market expansion in the residential real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and qualify prospective buyers through various channels including property portals, referrals, and cold calling
• Conduct property showings and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits of residential properties
• Provide detailed information about property specifications, pricing, payment terms, and financing options to interested buyers
• Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs and preferences
• Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers to facilitate successful sales transactions
• Manage sales documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, and sales progress
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
