About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff to join the retail team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur. As Sales Staff, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving sales through engaging product knowledge and genuine customer care. This role is essential to our retail operations and directly contributes to our business growth and customer satisfaction objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Achieve personal and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling
