Job summary

Cyberbacker Servicing Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Growthbacker (Sales) to drive outbound calling, qualify leads, and convert prospects into meetings with business owners. You will use scripts and sequences to achieve targets and close deals.

The ideal candidate is a motivated communicator with 2+ years in full-cycle sales, comfortable with high-ticket or B2B sales, and proficient with CRM tools. This role is based in Manila and involves working with English-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle sales experience (End-to-End Sales or AE/Closing role).
• Experience communicating with English-speaking clients (US, Canada, UK, Australia).
• High-Ticket or B2B sales focus, inbound & outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences.

• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owner.

• Sales Execution & Closing

• Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs, pain points,

• and goals to deliver compelling, consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.

• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency

• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, or Recruitment sales.
