Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a driven sales professional in the Philippines to perform high-volume outbound calls using company scripts, qualify leads, and book appointments with business owners. You will conduct business evaluation meetings to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, achievement of targets, and end-to-end involvement in the sales cycle, including closing. Prior BPO sales experience is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience with English-speaking clients.
• Full-Cycle Sales experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive, or Closing role.
• High-Ticket or B2B sales focus: inbound & outbound calls.
• CRM and sales tool proficiency.
• Industry-related sales experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales.
