Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is hiring a Growthbacker to drive outbound sales in the Manila area. You will perform high-volume calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and help close deals by presenting Cyberbacker solutions to business owners.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with grit, quick learners, and goal-oriented minds who thrive on hitting targets and climbing the leaderboard, with at least two years in BPO sales or similar English-facing roles.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving English-speaking clients.

• Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Windows 10 or MAC OS is acceptable
• RAM: At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available
• Headset with a noise-canceling feature
• High Definition Webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 10 MBPS
• Secondary equipment
