Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our outbound sales team. You will perform high-volume calls, qualify leads, and book appointments with business owners.

You will conduct Business Evaluation Meetings to assess client needs, deliver consultative presentations aligned with our solutions, and help close deals. Strong English, 1 year in BPO sales, and CRM/tool proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales calling experience with English-speaking clients.
• Full-cycle sales experience: AE or closing role.
• High-ticket or B2B sales focus: Inbound & outbound calls.
• CRM and sales tool proficiency.
• Industry-related sales experience preferred.

Non-negotiables

• At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales

Technical Requirements

• Intel Core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Windows 10 or MAC OS is acceptable
• RAM: At least 8GB RAM with 60GB free hard disk space available
• Headset with a noise-canceling feature
• High Definition Webcam
