Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Growthbacker (Sales) to drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and set appointments with business owners. You’ll work from a remote setup and follow company scripts to generate interest and schedule meetings.

You will handle end-to-end sales, progress to closing, and participate in business evaluation presentations to identify client needs. A successful candidate has 2+ years in full-cycle sales and experience with English-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience with outbound calling.
• Experience selling to English-speaking clients (US/UK/Australia) preferred.
• High-ticket or B2B sales focus with inbound/outbound activity.
• Experience with CRM and sales tools.

Non-negotiables

• Sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales
