Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an Growth Backer/Outbound Sales Representative to drive outbound calls, qualify leads, and book appointments with business owners. The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, consultative presentations, and end-to-end sales processes.

You will engage with English-speaking clients globally, leveraging scripts and outreach sequences, with room to grow based on performance and with permanent work-from-home arrangements and competitive earnings.

Formación

• 2 years BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., US/Canada/UK/Australia)
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, AE, or Closing Role
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales
