Job summary

LUX DEZINE CORP is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Ortigas Pasig City sales team. You will drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, present products, and close deals while delivering excellent customer service to a diverse client base.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and proficiency with Excel and sales tools is preferred.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Ortigas Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and achieving our sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities within assigned territories or customer segments

• Making outbound calls, sending emails and conducting face-to-face meetings to present products or services to potential clients

• Understanding client needs and requirements, then recommending appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives

• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects and existing customers

• Negotiating terms, pricing and conditions to close sales deals whilst maintaining profitability

• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and transactions

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally with 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Consultant/ Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients from diverse backgrounds

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales

• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other sales tools and technologies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment
