Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-focused Sales professional in Iloilo City to identify new opportunities and build lasting client relationships. The role involves coordinating with technical teams, preparing bids, and negotiating contracts to secure growth.

You will engage at industry events, monitor market trends, and contribute to revenue strategies while delivering exceptional customer service and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• Minimum 6 months of selling experience of building products or construction materials is required.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate motorcycle or car.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses




• Minimum 6 months of selling experience of building products or construction materials is required
