Job summary

Dwightsteel Building Systems, Inc. in Samar invites a proactive Sales professional to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and offer technical solutions. You will build trusted client relationships and participate in bids, proposals, and contract negotiations.

The role involves attending trade shows, supporting sales strategy, and delivering regular progress reports. A valid driver's license is preferred along with 6 months' selling experience in building products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses.
• Minimum 6 months of selling experience of building products or construction materials.
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving.
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and can operate motorcycle or car.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.
