Job summary

Danocars Trading Inc. in Cavite City is seeking a Service Advisor to welcome and assist customers with service and repair concerns, document requirements, and coordinate with technicians on repair status.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in customer service or automotive-related roles, with strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is an in-person role at the Aguinaldo highway, Palicio 1, Imus Cavite.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or Automotive-related course.
• 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor, CSR, or related role.
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Welcome and assist customers regarding service and repair concerns.
