  • Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend suitable motorcycles, parts, or accessories.
  • Provide detailed information about product specifications, features, pricing, and financing options.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge by answering customer questions about engine performance, warranties, and maintenance.
  • Assist customers in completing purchases, including preparing sales documents and processing payments.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by arranging displays and ensuring products are properly labeled.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the service and parts departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about new product releases, promotions, and industry trends to provide up-to-date recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues to management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motor industry.

  • Proficiency in using POS systems and maintaining customer records.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about motorcycles.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorcycles (preferred).
