Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in customer service or automotive-related roles, with strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is an in-person role at the Aguinaldo highway, Palicio 1, Imus Cavite.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree or Automotive-related course.
• 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor, CSR, or related role.
• Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers regarding service and repair concerns.
• Conduct initial assessment of customer concerns and document service requirements accurately.
• Prepare service quotations and explain recommended repairs and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with technicians regarding repair status and job completion.
• Provide regular updates to customers on repair progress and estimated completion time.
• Ensure proper documentation of service records and work orders.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Promote preventive maintenance programs and service packages.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
